A Strong and Growing Member Voice
Engagement with the survey continues to increase, reflecting a membership that is actively invested in shaping the direction of the PICPA.
We are also seeing positive movement in member sentiment. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS), a key measure of how likely members are to recommend the PICPA, increased from 43 to 51. This improvement signals growing confidence that membership is delivering real value.

Members also continue to rely on resources like the Pennsylvania CPA Journal and Insights to stay informed and make better professional decisions.
There is also a strong sense of loyalty among long-tenured members, reinforcing that the PICPA continues to deliver value throughout an individual’s career.
