Ashley Chikes is the Director of Operations for EPSA USA, the U.S. subsidiary of EPSA, a global consulting firm specializing in innovation funding and performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney. Prior to joining EPSA, Ashley practiced corporate and real estate law, advising small and mid-sized businesses on legal, operational, and strategic matters. For more than 10 years, she has specialized in research and development tax incentives, helping companies navigate the technical, financial, and regulatory requirements associated with federal and state R&D tax credit programs. Today, Ashley partners with organizations of all sizes – from pre-revenue startups to multinational corporations with revenues exceeding $50 billion - to identify, document, and optimize federal and state research and development tax incentives. Her industry experience includes software and technology, engineering, life sciences, architecture, manufacturing, and government contracting.
